Flor Souto runs The Ampersand Foundation since its creation in 2011. Prior to joining the Foundation, Flor worked at Tate Liverpool as Asistant Curator. She has backgorung in art history and theory and Latin Amerian Cultral Studies. Currenlty, she also manages a private art collection.
